Greek-Yoghurt is full of protein and a great breakfast or snack during the day. I also eat it for dinner (see the meal plan from Matt Ogus) with some almonds and dried or fresh fruit.
300 g Greek yoghurt
2 EL honey
Fresh Fruit (strawberries, rasberries, kiwis)
Dried Fruit (raisens, cranberrys)
Mix the yoghurt with the honey. Mash the fresh fruit into a purree and top the yoghurt with the fruit puree and topf with additional fresh fruit and almonds. If desired top with dried fruit like cranberries or raisens?
